Scheduler/ Coordinator

The Role

We're looking for a Scheduler / Coordinator who thrives at the center of the storm. You'll be the linchpin between our office and our field crews — juggling technician schedules, incoming calls, client updates, and shifting project timelines, all without dropping a single ball. When something changes (and it will), you're already three steps ahead.

This is not a role for someone who wants a quiet inbox. It's a role for someone who genuinely enjoys solving puzzles in real time and takes pride in a day that ran smoothly because you made it run smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate our technicians in the field — dispatching, rerouting, and adjusting schedules as jobs, weather, and priorities shift throughout the day
  • Own the phones. You're often the first voice a client hears, so you'll represent us professionally, warmly, and with confidence — whether it's a routine call, an urgent issue, or a difficult conversation
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Project Managers to sequence work correctly, align resources with timelines, and flag conflicts before they become problems
  • Keep information flowing between the office and the field — making sure the right people have the right details at the right time
  • Manage competing priorities without losing your composure (or your sense of humor)
  • Maintain accurate records in our scheduling and job-tracking systems so nothing slips through the cracks

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in scheduling, dispatching, or coordination — ideally in a trades, construction, service, or similarly fast-moving industry
  • A cool head under pressure. When five things go sideways at once, you triage instead of panic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. You can be firm with a tough client and reassuring with a stressed technician within the same five minutes
  • Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail. You catch the small stuff before it becomes big stuff
  • Comfort with scheduling software, phones, email, and standard office tools (bonus points for experience with [specific software, e.g. Jobber, ServiceTitan])
  • A team-first mindset. You understand that your job is to make everyone else's job easier

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with the smart home / low-voltage industry
  • Previous experience working directly with Project Managers on scheduling logistics

What we Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Benefits package — health, dental, HSA
  • Vacation
  • A team that respects the role you play and knows the operation doesn't run without you
  • Room to grow — we promote from within wherever we can

  • A supportive team environment focused on professional growth
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in high-end residential settings
